To participate, please note:
- ✓ This is an outdoor event.
- ✓ Vendor must provide own booth, tent, etc. Booths may not exceed 12×12 feet.
- ✓ Mountaindale Sun Resort assumes no responsibility or liability for vendor’s success at this venue.
- ✓ Family viewable nudist art is acceptable and encouraged.
- ✓ Mountaindale Sun Resort is not liable for any sale or any sales agreement between vendor and attendees at the event.
- ✓ Vendor agrees to follow all rules, regulations, and policies of Mountaindale Sun Resort, acknowledging that this is a family nudist resort. Failure to do so will result in vendor terminating this agreement and must leave the grounds immediately.
- ✓ No political, religious, or personal views towards nudism, the American Association of Nude Recreation, or any other nudist organization allowed.
