Friday, August 3
- 12:00 Registration
- 4:00 to 6:00 Wine-tasting
- 6:00. Italian Dinner (reduced price for pre-registration)
- 8:00 to 10:00 Dance — Rock n Roll with Ray Mann
Saturday, August 4
- 11:30 Brunch (reduced price for pre-registration)
- 10:00 – 2:30 Silent Auction
- 10:00 – 2:00 Vendors
- ALL DAY – Games and Activities (See Below for all of the fun!)
- 4:30 — Parade entry decoration (decorate your cart, claim an instrument for the band)
- 5:30— Parade around the grounds. Come one, come all!
- 6:00. Dinner (reduced price for pre-registration)
- 8:00-10:00. Dance: Zydeco blues by The New Iberians
- 9:00 S’mores at the fire pit
- 10:00 LED Helicopters in the sky
Saturday Games and Activities:
- 8:45 — Naked Yoga on clubhouse deck
- 9:45 — Registration begins for tournaments:
- Pickleball (clinic for learning rules and technique at 11:30)
- Shuffleboard
- Air mattress relay
- Disc Golf (first group goes out at 10:00)
- 11:30 — Water aerobics in the pool
- 12:00 – 2:00 — Midway games
- 1:00 – 2:00 — Snack sales (popcorn, granola bars, juice, caramel apples)
- 2:30 — Deano the Clown !!! — interactive performer for children (and adults who like to enjoy life like children…)
- 3:30 — Coin Dive in the pool
Sunday, August 5
- 10:30-11:30 Brunch (reduced price for pre-registration)
- 11:00 “Scramble James” will juggle 2
- 11:30 Poker Rally – hike our trails, find cards, and get the best poker hand — prizes!
