Mountaindale Sun Resort (“MSR”) is a private, member-supported naturist community. This Code of Conduct establishes expectations for respectful behavior, privacy, and community standards both on resort grounds and within the MSR website and Members Area.
All members are expected to uphold these standards to preserve the welcoming, respectful, and trust-based environment that defines our community.
1. Core Community Values
Members agree to:
Treat all individuals with dignity and respect
Support a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment
Honor personal boundaries at all times
Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere
MSR is built on mutual trust and shared responsibility.
2. Respectful Conduct
Members shall:
Engage in courteous and respectful communication
Avoid harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior
Refrain from discriminatory conduct based on age, gender, race, religion, orientation, or other personal characteristics
Resolve disagreements constructively
Disruptive or hostile behavior may result in corrective action.
3. Consent and Personal Boundaries
Consent is foundational within a naturist community.
Members must:
Respect verbal and non-verbal cues
Accept “no” without argument or pressure
Avoid unwanted physical contact
Avoid intrusive behavior
Violations of consent standards may result in immediate disciplinary action.
4. Photography and Media Policy
Privacy is especially important in a clothing-optional environment.
Members agree that:
Photographs or videos of individuals may not be taken or shared without explicit consent.
Images posted on the MSR website or Members Forum must respect the dignity and privacy of those depicted.
Unauthorized distribution of member images is prohibited.
Devices capable of photography should be used discreetly and responsibly.
Violations may result in suspension of website access, resort privileges, or membership review.
5. Website and Forum Conduct
The Members Area and Forum are extensions of the MSR community.
Members agree to:
Communicate respectfully online
Avoid posting private information about others without consent
Refrain from inflammatory, defamatory, or harmful content
Share personal information at their own discretion
MSR reserves the right to moderate or remove content that violates community standards.
Website use is further governed by the MSR Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
6. Confidentiality and Community Trust
Members are expected to:
Respect the privacy of fellow members
Avoid sharing member identities or personal information outside the community
Honor the discretion expected within a naturist environment
Trust is essential to maintaining a safe and welcoming resort culture.
7. Compliance with Resort Rules
Members must comply with:
Posted resort rules
Board-approved policies
Applicable local, state, and federal laws
Failure to comply may result in disciplinary review.
8. Reporting Concerns
Members are encouraged to report concerns regarding:
Harassment
Privacy violations
Safety issues
Code of Conduct violations
Reports may be submitted to resort management or the Board of Directors.
All reports will be reviewed respectfully and confidentially to the extent possible.
9. Enforcement and Disciplinary Action
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:
Verbal or written warnings
Suspension of website access
Temporary restriction of resort privileges
Membership review by the Board
Disciplinary decisions are made at the discretion of MSR leadership in the best interest of the community.
10. Acknowledgment
By maintaining membership and using MSR facilities or the Website, members agree to uphold this Code of Conduct.
